Carlo Ancelotti continues to receive praise for his work. However, this time it is in the form of an Italian prize. This Tuesday in Rome, the RM coach was awarded the Enzo Bearzot prize for his “humility and sympathy”. The award was presented by the Unione Sportiva Acli, for exemplifying good practice in football. An award endowed with 5,000€ that Ancelotti has donated directly to the Borgonovo Foundation, which helps people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. He is an active member of the Foundation.
The Italian coach has thanked his fellow countrymen for their recognition at a time in which he is also celebrating the conclusion of a great first season, resulting in the winning of the tenth Champions League for Real Madrid: "This first year in charge we have done a fantastic season... it has been a dream come true for all of the fans".
